When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-10 business days from the date the order is shipped for ground shipping within the United States, and 7-15 business days internationally. Apparel items are shipped and sold separately.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please continue to check our web store frequently for new releases. Subscribe to our newsletter and stay updated on the latest products and promotions.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to check out?

No. Once you click "Check out with PayPal" you can also click the option to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

 

I placed an order and received an email saying the item(s) were out of stock

Due to high traffic, occasionally items may be sold before our web store inventory can be adjusted. Full refunds will be issued for items we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Do you re-stock your inventory?

International Orders:

Since we are based in the United States, All International Orders may experience longer than usual hold times due to customs. We apologize for the inconvenience. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. With USPS on international orders your package is able to be tracked while its in the Continental United States. Once it arrives in your country and at customs we can no longer track your package and you will need to contact your customs agency. Customs policies vary widely from country to country you should contact your local customs office for further information.
